 RHODE ISLAND - Pam Anderson began her career as a nurse.  For 15 years, Pam cared for patients in the hospital and at their homes.  Her favorite parts of nursing were providing great service to people in need, and building great relationships.   In 1983, Pam switched her career to Real Estate, determined to build her business on the same principles that made her such a success in nursing.  That year, Pam began helping families move with 3 main values in mind: service, integrity, and most importantly, trust.

      

The results speak for themselves. In her first year, Pam received the Rookie of the Year Award for Rhode Island Real Estate, and joined the Million-Dollar Club. She quickly went on to become the top producer for many years in her company. Pam has held many distinctions throughout the years, including: being the President of both the Women’s Council of Realtors and Certified Residential Specialists.

With all of her merits and successes, Pam remains focused on the ideals that she learned in nursing and continues to use them to build her career. “My job is about caring for people,” emphasizes Pam. “It’s not just about selling houses, it’s about assisting clients in a move. When people sell or buy a home, they are involved in a move. Unfortunately, many are unsure as to what to do.”

Fortunately, Pam works diligently to not only sell a client’s house, but also to ensure that the moving process is pleasant. And as always, Pam continues to emphasize, “The job is a pleasure”

Bob Sparn

Bob Sparn is a businessman focused on results. He combines creativity, analytical prowess, and technical expertise to make certain that his clients receive the most effective and professional services available.

Bob began his career in Real Estate in 1983 after owning his own landscaping and construction firms. Understanding that his success in the Real Estate Business was predicated on his ability to meet his clients needs, Bob began his career with a passion for service in mind. Not only was Bob the top agent in his company within one year of starting, he maintained that position for several years.

After many years of serving clients as a Real Estate agent, Bob decided to serve the Real Estate community through office management.  By recruiting and training other agents in the real estate expertise and client service values that made him successful, Bob quickly elevated his office to national ranking within the entire company. It is no surprise that for two years in a row, Bob’s office received the distinction of “Office of the Year.”

Bob has held many distinctions among the Rhode Island real estate community. His accomplishments include:

·         Director of the Providence Board of Realtors

·         President of Statewide MLS

·         President of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists

·         Chair of the Professional Standards Committee of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors

·         National Delegate for the National MLS committee, as the Secretary of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.

Bob has recently returned his focus from office management to Real Estate Agency, and is once again working directly with clients to help them achieve their real estate objectives.  Clients are continually satisfied with Bob’s expertise in the field, commitment to excellent service, and outstanding results.

Bob and Pam married in 1997 and merged their lives, families, and businesses. The union of Bob and Pam marked the formation of the Anderson Sparn Team, a combination of two great real estate minds with specific areas of expertise, working together to help best fill their clients real estate needs.  Pam’s emphasis on relationship building and integrity combined with Bob’s management experience and commitment to the bottom line results give you the best of both worlds, for the price of one agent!

Eric Anderson
 
 
Eric Anderson joined the Anderson Sparn Team as a buyer’s specialist in June of 2004.  Though he works with both buyers and sellers, his passion is certainly working with buyers to help them get the best value for their money.
 
Eric comes to real estate after a successful career in management.  After attending Campbellsville University in Kentucky, where he studied Communications and Religion, Eric applied his education in both areas as a manager at Morningstar Christian Bookstores.  Eric oversaw three stores and was responsible for hiring and firing, training and mentoring of staff, and finding ways to increase the chain’s effectiveness.  He was instrumental in the chain’s regional expansion, opening up 4 more stores, in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, expanding the chain to 7 stores. 
Throughout his entire management career, all the store openings, all the training of employees and big business fanfare, Eric’s favorite part of the job was helping customers at the bookstore.  “When someone would come in and look for a book to enrich their life, and I could help them find it, the feeling was amazing.”  Eric remembers.
 
It was this spirit of customer service and enriching others lives that moved Eric to pursue a career in Real Estate.  “I thought about it” He said “about how much I was helping people at the bookstore, to buy a book or two that made their life better, and how happy it made them.” He continues, “Then I thought about how significant a purchase of a home is for a person, and how I could use my skills and knowledge to serve people by helping them with the biggest investment of their lives.”
With that, Eric entered Real Estate with an interest in helping buyers locate a home that best fits their needs.  “My goal is to help people find a house that they can truly enjoy.”  Says Eric.  “When someone buys a house, they are buying an investment, a heritage.”  Eric says, stressing the significance of such a purchase.  Buying the right home requires the right information, the right research, and the right person to guide you through the process.  “I want to bridge the gap between available information and the client, to make sure that they have the best success possible in finding a house that they are looking for. There is a lot of information out there, a lot of research that goes into buying a home, and I want to present all of that information in its entirety in a way that will be useful for the client. The client ultimately makes the decision, but we provide the resources, and the true diligent research that will help the client make that decision.”
Clients of Eric note his professionalism, technical knowledge of real estate, concern for the client, and most importantly, results.  “When Eric is working for you, he works for you, you are the priority, and you feel that way.” Says one client.  Another client remembers,  “I was amazed at Eric’s helpful attitude, knowledge of the market, quick correspondence, and ability to get the job done.”

Amazed, well you shouldn’t be stresses Eric.  Eric takes real estate seriously, and is determined to set a new standard for customer service and results for his clients. “Simply put,” Eric emphasizes, “We are committed to taking real estate to the next level.”
